British Virgin Island: final round of Public Consultation
TRC opened final round on Regulatory Framework for Equipment Type Approval, comments to be sent until 24 Feb 2023.
The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) in British Virgin Island has released a Notice of Public Consultation on a Type Approval Regulatory Framework (TARF). Based on the comments from stakeholders, the Commission elaborated the second Draft which can be downloaded here. Stakeholders can submit their comments until latest 24 Feb 2023.
