ENACOM: New Labeling Guidelines
On August 11, 2022, the National Communications Authority of Argentina published a nota, according to which resolution ENACOM No. 854/2020 is to be applied for both new approvals and renewals.
Starting from August 12, 2022, products MUST be labeled as follows:
NEW APPROVALS: RAMATEL label must be implemented.
RENEWALS: approved product MUST also to be labelled with the RAMATEL mark instead of the CNC mark. Photos of the existing labelling and a draft for the RAMATEL label must be provided for renewal procedures.
