Homologation 24 GHz & 77 GHz

The Certification Body in Belarus cannot issue a 'Declaration of Conformity' pursuant to the Radio/Telecom Technical Regulation TR 2018/024/BY "Technical Regulation of the Republic of Belarus" for 24 Ghz & 77 GHz radar sensors, since either there is no applicable standard or no national laboratory which can perform tests on 24 GHz & 77 GHz sensors.

Thus, it is mandatory to apply for an Exemption Statement at a Certification Body in order to be able to launch the devices on the BY market and to use the products within Belarus.

Furthermore, an EAC Declaration is required for the import besides the Exemption Statement which covers the RF part.
