Ministry of Health issued Recommendations for Medical Devices
On 2020-01-22, the Ministry of Health published the Order “On Approving Methodological Recommendations on the Application of the Technical Regulation on Medical Devices"
Methodological recommendations about technical regulations on Medical Devices became effective in Ukraine. These recommendations were harmonized with the current MEDDEV guidance documents, clarifying technical regulations for various medical devices. These recommendations are not mandatory but should support companies in the medical sector to apply the technical regulations effectively.
