Public Consultation on a Unified Register of Test Reports

Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) has recently opened a public consultation concerning new regulation on the formation and maintenance of a unified register of test and measurement protocols issued for all products subject to conformity assessment procedure according to technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The new register is supposed to include infromation on test reports which are basis for product certification, product declaration and state product registration as well as infromation on applicant, testing laboratory and samples. Relevant data is to be transferred to the register automatically no later than 3 working days from the date of entering information in the national part of the register.
The draft of the EAEU decree as well as the procedure of formation and maintenance of the future database can be found online. Comments can be submitted on the official legal website until October 2, 2022. Registration is required.
