Public Consultation on new legislation framework

The European Commission opened a public consultation on the new legislation framework (NLF) which is the basis for industrial products entering the internal markets in the EU. The NLF aims to improve the market surveillance and boost the quality of conformity assessments. With the public consultation the EU seeks feedback on the current situation of the NLF in a digital and circular economy.

The consultation is open until March 7th 2022 and comments may be launched using this link.
