Chile: MTT Exempt Resolution N°737 Updates SRD Standards

The update introduces significant changes to the regulatory framework for Short Range Equipment in Chile.
Certification is now limited to medical devices, while new obligations regarding product labeling, technical documentation, and online information provision apply.

The resolution will enter into force on February 22, 2026.
