Chile: Further Updates on MTT Exempt Resolution N°737
Following the initial publication of Exempt Resolution N°737, additional clarifications and obligations must be considered.
Mandatory QR Codes: QR codes must now be implemented not only for new approvals but also retroactively for previously certified devices.
Publicly Available Information: Certificate holders are required to maintain a website with all mandatory information accessible to the public.
User Manual Notation (Optional): SUBTEL is preparing an amendment to Resolution 737/25 that would allow manufacturers of certain products to include the required QR code notation in the user manual as an alternative option.
