Malawi Labelling
The MACRA labelling consultation, which closed on November 15, has concluded without any new changes at this time.
The implementation date for the new regulation will remain December 1, 2024.
The authority has clarified that only applications submitted after this official date will be subject to the new legislation.
Approvals granted before December 1, 2024, will remain unaffected.
