MACRA hints at Labeling Introduction

The Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA) has issued a public statement outlining its plans to implement the Communications (Electronic Equipment) (Type Approval) Regulations, 2023.

The introduction of the labeling was indicated with this statement:

"Type approved equipment must be clearly marked as such and indicate compliance with MACRA regulations."

A date for implementation is not yet specified.
