Update on ISO Certificate and Sample Submission Requirements
Type Approval certificates will become invalid, if corresponding ISO certificates should expire. Sample submission requirements have also increased.
The VNTA has announced that Type Approval certificates will lose their validity, if corresponding factory ISO certificates should expire.
Certificate holders are responsible for updating their documents, the Type Approval certificate will expire in 10 days from the expiry date of the current ISO certificate, if no updated document should be available.
Sample submission requirements have also become stricter, it will now be necessary to provide detailed sample documents, such as invoices, air waybills and custom declaration letters of the submitted sample, in order to prove the sample's origin.
Important notice: These changes have already been implemented, there will be no grace period.
