Serbia has adopted key European directives into its national type approval system. The following directives form the regulatory basis for assessing wireless and electronic products:
2014/53/EU: Radio Equipment Directive (RED)
Defines essential requirements to ensure efficient and interference-free use of the radio spectrum.
