Type approval procedures in Serbia are regulated by the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications (MTT) and processed by national notified bodies. The conformity requirements are basically identical to those of the European Union (Declaration of conformity according to EU directive 2014/53/EU). We are supported by a local partner who directly cooperates with the national notified bodies, whereby certificates can be acquired within a short processing time. The homologation process in Serbia does not require local laboratory testing or contact with local representatives. Certificates have a limited validity period, currently three years and approved products are subject to mandatory labeling.
