NCC Updates Low Power Radio Frequency Equipment Regulation
Approval of low power devices within 5.945 GHz to 6.425 GHz is now possible.
The NCC has updated it's "Low Power Radio Frequency Equipment" regulation following a public consultation in December 2023.
Approvals for low power 5.945 GHz to 6.425 GHz devices are now possible after this update.
To be approved, devices must be tested locally in Taiwan. The test procedures are based on the ETSI standard EN 303 687.
