Delicensing of Frequency Bands
Due to the delicensing of the following frequency bands (published on September 16, 2015 by India's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology), it is now possible to Type Approve equipment operating in these frequency bands. A license is not required from any person to establish, maintain, work on, possess or deal with any of the wireless equipment listed.

Frequency Band: 36 to 38 MHz
Maximum Effective Radiated Power Limits: 50 mW; maximum audio channel bandwidth of 200 kHz
Very Low Power Radio Frequency Devices / Equipment including Radio Frequency Identification Devices
Frequency Band: 433 to 434.79 MHz
Maximum Effective Radiated Power Limits: 10 mW (e.r.p) with maximum channel bandwidth of 10 kHz (Duty cycle limit 10%)
Very Low Power Radio Frequency Devices / Equipment for Inductive Applications
