Utility Regulation and Competition Office from the OfReg in Cayman Islands published the Operating Parameters for Wireless LAN (WiFi) Services.
In the operating parameters for Wireless LAN (WiFi) Services published on 20 March 2023 the regulator points out the requirements that equipment needs to fulfill for Wireless LAN (WiFi). Key points are that the device need to meet either FCC or ETSI requirements and also bear the compliance marking for either FCC or CE.
