EAEU: Changes in TR CU 004/2011 and 020/2011

The adopted amendments include changes in:

• the list of devices exempted from the technical regulation;

• the terms and their definition (clarification of the existing definitions and agreement on new ones);

• specifics of the requirements for operational documentation;

• the list of equipment which is subject to obligatory certification.

• Decision No. 90 on Amendments to the technical regulation of the customs union on low-voltage equipment (TR CU 004/2011);

• Decision No. 91 on Amendments to the technical regulation of the customs union on electromagnetic compatibility (TR CU 020/2011).

The decrees become effective 180 days after the date of their official publication.
