FCC Launches Deregulation Initiative
The FCC has initiated a deregulation effort titled "IN RE: DELETE, DELETE, DELETE". Comments can be submitted until April 11, 2025.
Announced on March 12, 2025, the FCC has opened a new docket titled "IN RE: DELETE, DELETE, DELETE", aimed at eliminating unnecessary regulatory burdens.
Comments can be submitted via the FCC's Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS):
