IFT classified WiFi 6E band as free spectrum

IFT classified the WiFi 6E band as free spectrum on 2023-02-16 for 5925-6425 MHz.
In order to meet the short and medium term demand for free spectrum for WiFi communications, the Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) have classified the WiFi 6E band as free spectrum on 2023-02-16. Subsequently, no additional license or concession is required in order to use the 5925-6425 MHz frequency band.
