New Vietnamese Telecommunications Standards Update
Key changes in the new Circular:
RF EMC Standard Update: QCVN 86:2019/BTTTT replaces QCVN 86:2015/BTTTT and QCVN 18:2014/BTTTT for 2G/3G/4G devices
5G Standards: Implementation standards QCVN 47:2015/BTTTT and QCVN 18:2014/BTTTT
Maritime Equipment: QCVN 119:2019/BTTTT applies to navigation and radio communication equipment
Short Range Devices moved to Appendix 2 (SDoC mandatory only): wireless chargers, MICS, MITS devices, 60GHz devices, and 24GHz radar devices (excluding road/railway traffic use)
Certificate Validity: Existing certificates remain valid until expiration or until new standards become effective
