MIC Updates UHF Testing Standard
The newly introduced standard "QCVN 100:2024/BTTTT", outlined in Circular No. 13/2024/TT-BTTTT, will regulate UHF devices beginning January 1, 2025.
The Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) has announced that the new local EMC standard "QCVN 100:2024/BTTTT" for UHF devices (300 MHz – 3 GHz), will take effect on January 1, 2025.
A transition period will run from January 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025, during which both the existing standard QCVN 100:2015/BTTTT and the new QCVN 100:2024/BTTTT will be valid.
After the transition period, compliance with the QCVN 100:2024/BTTTT standard will be necessary.
