SIRIM changes the notification format on the eComM platform
The accreditation agency "SIRIM" changes it's eComM notification format. Notification mails will no longer contain a direct link to certificates.
The agency "SIRIM" (Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia) changes it's notification format for it's platform "eComM" (Online Certification for Communication and Multimedia Products).
Newly approved or renewed Type Approval Certificates (TAC) will no more be linked within notification mails.
TAC Certificates will instead only be accessible after logging into the corresponding eComM account and by holding the required permissions.
Permissions to certificates will be limited to the local importer (certificate holder).
Supplementary customer cooperation might be necessary and coordination with local importers for certificates will be required. Type Approval Delays may result.
