Key decissions for 5G

In the future, the fast mobile 5G will be needed for many technical innovations.

During the 49th Plenary Meeting (from 2018-10-23 to 2018-10-26 in Bordeaux), the Electronic Communications Committee (ECC) took some key decisions for the following spectrum issues:

• Intelligent Transport Systems (IST)
• Ultra-Wide Band (UUWB)
• Short Range Devices (SRD)
• Fixed-satellite Service earth stations.
