5G Approval in Indonesia: New Regulations

Indonesia's SDPPI (Sumber Daya dan Perangkat Pos dan Informatika) authorized 5G deployment effective May 3, 2021, under regulation "Nomor 5 Tahun 2021 Tentang standar teknis perangkat berbasis teknologi."

  • Approval limited to bands 1, 3, 5, 8, and 40

  • Certificates valid for 3 years
