Changes to Type Approval Guidelines

Gambian Regulator PURA changed its Type Approval procedures as following:

1) All Gambia Type Approval certificates issued before 10/30/2013 will expire on 12/31/2015. Certificates issued after 10/30/2013 will have 2 years validity.

2) Test reports to the following standards will be recognized:

• FCC

• ANSI

• ETSI

• ITU

• IEC

• ISO

3) PURA reserves the right to request a sample of the product if they have concerns about interference, EMC, health and safety of the product.
