Type Approval for Bolivia

The Autoridad de Regulación y Fiscalización de Telecomunicaciones y Transportes (ATT), with offices in cities such as La Paz, Cochabamba and Santa Cruz, monitors and regulates type approval in the Plurinational State of Bolivia. ATT bases its conformity assessment on European (EU) as well as US (FCC) standards, therefore no local conformity testing is required. To introduce your product to the market in Bolivia, IB-Lenhardt supports you by providing a local representative. After successful homologation by the agency, a Resolución Administrativa Homologación will be granted to the local representative as certificate holder. The validity period is 5 years. After these 5 years, a re-evaluation of the certificate can be requested with the support of the local representative.
