Type Approval for Maldives
Type approvals in the Republic of Maldives are regulated by the Maldivian Communications Authority. This is based on both European (EU) and American (FCC) standards for smooth market access. We are supported by a local partner who works directly with the authority in Malé so that certificates of conformity can be issued reliably and quickly. No on-site laboratory testing of the product is required for conformity assessment in the Maldives. The certificates have an unlimited validity period, which minimizes the effort required for the manufacturer to obtain a certificate of conformity.
