Type Approval for Equatorial Guinea
The conformity requirements in Equatorial Guinea are basically identical to those of the European Union (Declaration of conformity according to EU directive 2014/53/EU). We are supported by a local partner, who directly cooperates with the authority, whereby certificates can be acquired within a short processing time. The homologation process in Equatorial Guinea does not require local laboratory testing or contact with local representatives. However, a product sample can be requested from the authority for viewing. The certificates have a limited validity period, currently three years and approved products are not subject to additional mandatory labeling.
