Update for Point-to-Multipoint Antennas
On 14th November 2019 Brazils National Telecommunication Agency Regulatory Authority (ANATEL) published on the Federal register Act No. 7129:
The act applies, that Point-to-Multipoint antennas used for restrict radiation devices, does not need to be approved in Brazil anymore, even if its gain is higher tha 8dBi.
