Type Approval for Lesotho
Type approval procedures are regulated by the Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA). The conformity requirements are similar to those of the European Union (Declaration of conformity according to EU directive 2014/53/EU). We are working directly with the authority in Maseru, so certificates can be acquired in a short processing time. The homologation process in Lesotho does not require local laboratory testing or contact with local representatives. Certificates have an unlimited validity period and approved products do not require additonal marking. If you have any questions regarding the conformity requirements in Africa, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our competent and trained team will be glad to assist you with product certification and applicable standards.
