ENACOM revised the regulation 4,653/2019
The approval authority in Argentina, ENACOM, revised the requirements for low power devices operating in the frequency range
915 - 928 MHz, 2,400 - 2,483.5 MHz and 5,725 - 5,850 MHz.
According to the resolution 551/2021 those device must comply with the specifications set out in ENACOM-Q2-60.14 V20.1
„Low Power Devices“.
In case of renewals the test report used for the initial approval may still be applied during the renewal process as long as compliance with the new limits is still given.
