Vietnam Publishes Circular 29/2025/TT-BKHCN
Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology has issued Circular 29/2025/TT-BKHCN, introducing updated conformity requirements for selected product categories.
Key Points
Circular 29/2025/TT-BKHCN will take effect on December 31, 2025, replacing Circular 02/2024/TT-BTTTT.
The update adds several product categories, including industrial computers under HS 84714090, to the list requiring Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity (SDoC) or, where applicable, Type Approval Certificate (TAC).
From the effective date, all conformity assessments must reference the new Circular rather than the previous version.
