The Ministry of digital development and transport of the republic of Azerbaijan with headquarters in Baku is responsible for type approval and regulatory activities for radio products in the Republic of Azerbaijan. In order to successfully launch your product in Azerbaijan, no additional conformity tests are performed according to national standards, as conformity assessment is carried out by accredited certification bodies according to European (EU) standards. We provide you with a local certification body. Due to our long-term cooperation, we are able to handle type approval projects in the shortest possible time. After successful homologation of your product, the certification body issues one certificate of conformity each with a validity period of one year for the areas of radio, EMC and safety. FAQ

Why do I need more than one certificate for Azerbaijan?

According to Resolution 175 (1998), RF, EMC and Safety certificates are required. Since there was no certification body for these certifications before 2020, this was not enforced until then.
