Niger's authority has reduced the validity of new certificates to 3 years. Plans for the implementation of local testing have also been announced.

The authority in Niger has, in a recent update, reduced the certificate validity from 10 years to 3 years.

  • Existing certificates will remain valid until their original expiration dates.

  • The format of new certificates will change; additional details such as manufacturer, importer details, and frequency range will be noted.

  • Local testing will be implemented in the future.
