Resolution 57/2026 Implementation Date Postponed
ENACOM issued Resolution 843/2026, postponing the implementation of Resolution 57/2026 to December 1, 2026.
On August 26, 2026, Argentina’s Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) issued Resolution 843/2026, extending the implementation deadline of the RAMATEL regulatory framework (Resolution 57/2026) from September 1 to December 1, 2026.
During this transitional period, telecommunications equipment registrations will continue under existing Resolution 729/80 procedures, and approvals granted will remain valid for three years but must comply with the new RAMATEL standards upon expiry.
This extension allows ENACOM additional time to complete implementation activities and ensures a smooth regulatory transition.
