Substantial changes on the labeling requirements

On August 12th 2020 ENACOM has officially released Resolution No. 854/2020 to introduce substantial changes on the labeling requirements of former Resolution CNC No. 82/2015.
These modifications have been essentially brought in to reflect the current agency's approval name RAMATEL and to provide additional clarifications to labeling exceptions. 
This new labeling regulation has already become effective since its official date of publication on August 12th, 2020, and ENACOM has granted a period of 2 (two) years for its implementation on all approved and new registrations.
