ANATEL Prepares to Launch CERTIFICA Platform
CERTIFICA is intended to supersede the MOSAICO platform; an Electronic Power of Attorney from the local representative to the responsible OCD is required.
ANATEL is preparing to launch CERTIFICA, the successor to the current MOSAICO platform. CERTIFICA is intended to become the central channel through which the OCD submits documentation for new homologations, renewals, and revisions.
To ensure that ongoing and future processes proceed without delay, the local representative in Brazil (CNPJ holder) must register on the SEI Anatel portal and grant an Electronic Power of Attorney to the responsible OCD.
Without an active Power of Attorney, OCDs will be unable to finalize certification processes beginning September 8, 2026.
We therefore recommend contacting your local representatives at the earliest opportunity to brief them on the change and prepare for pending and upcoming Brazilian approvals.
