IFT Officially Dissolved
Current regulations will remain in effect for the time being. Any future modifications will be at the discretion of the CRT.
As in our previous Update about the main changes of the transition
Changes and Procedures:
The IFT will continue operating on a transitional basis until the CRT Plenary is fully established, at which point the IFT will cease to exist. (Now officially dissolved, as of October 17)
Ongoing applications will not be canceled but transferred to the CRT.
Existing certificates will remain valid until their expiration.
The IFT Seal labeling requirement, originally scheduled for July 01, 2025, has been postponed to July 01, 2027. Future marking rules will be defined by the CRT.
