  • MexicoReminder: NOM-001-SCFI-2018 will come into force in May

As we already, announced in October 2019, NYCE issued NOM-001-SCFI-2018, which will cancel NOM-001-SCFI-1993. The new regulation will come into force 240 days after its publication on 2020-05-15.

Please note: it is not possible to issue certificates for NOM-001-SCFI-2018 before May, 15. However, certification requests can be made before May 15, 2020, so that the certificates can be issued from then.
